Sophia’s Events is a full service company which endeavours to meet your personal and corporate event needs. We specialised in providing tailor made solutions at affordable rates providing fixed fees for smaller events and a percentage fee for larger events.

 

Knowing how events can be to organise we will be the main contact for vendors and if you have any special requests we will endeavour to ensure that your every request is met. If you need ideas or assistance we can arrange a no obligation consultation free of charge where we can discuss your requirements further.

 

We will work with your budget and work towards that just let us know at the consultation or our contact details. Don’t worry we will do the leg work, and remember your event is our passion.

Services

We know how time consuming it can be to organise a wedding or any event so we have taken the hassle out of it for you. We will plan the your event for you including finding an appropriate venues, organising cars, food, drinks, decorations and any other extras such as chocolate fountains, a DJ, personalised chocolates, flowers etc you may need whilst you get on finding your dress or sorting out the little things that you can so easily forget.

 

We specialise in organising:

- Special events such as birthday parties, anniversaries etc

- Fundraising events including fundraising banquets, balls etc

- Bridal showers

 

In order to organise an event we will require either a fixed fee or a percentage of the total cost. This will depend on the type of event and location. Please get in touch for a no obligation free consultation.
