Wedding Planning
If you need assistance planning your wedding we can offer you three levels of service. We appreciate that you may just need someone to coordinate the day or provide guidance; however there will be others who need the whole event planning from where you hold the ceremony to organising all the extras whilst you get on with finding your dress. We not only deal with weddings in the UK but can also plan Destination Weddings as well as sourcing honeymoons in exotic locations. The levels of service are detailed below:
Bronze - Wedding Coordination
- On day of the wedding only with few meetings before hand to understand the schedule of the day and who should be where when. This is ideal for those who have planned their day but just need someone on the day to ensure this runs smoothly
Silver – Wedding Assistance
- Only a certain aspect of the day will need planning i.e. only organising the reception venue and what that entails. You may need a plan upfront of what you need but you will find the vendors yourself. So this is limited in what you can have from us as your planners as you may not need the full service.
Gold –Wedding Planner
- Planning all aspects of the day. This will suit those who do not have much time in their schedule to plan or you need expert advice on how to make your day unforgettable. This will include:
- Negotiating with suppliers to get the best prices for all services required
- Venue Finding
- Table Plans
- Planning your day based on your requirements
- Wedding coordinator on the day
Platinum – Destination Wedding Planner
- This will be based on liaising with the wedding planner at your required overseas venue
- Venue finding based on your requirements
- Organising all aspects of your wedding at your overseas venue and ensuring that the best prices are negotiated
- Negotiating cost of flights and accommodation for you and your guests
- Ensuring that all your necessary documentation is in place in advance of your wedding i.e. passports, birth certificates and ID required for you to marry in your desired location
